Dan Wesson super mag in 375

recently found a bag of parts from a fellow a few months ago.Apparently there was a 375 super mag that had to have the frame cut up quite a few years ago and the rest of the bits were put in storage .

Had to make a new barrel for it as the one with the parts had issues

I purchased the bits and fitted them to my 357SM frame and now the quest for ammo LOL

Kind of a 2 tone but looks good in my opinion .It can be put back to the 357 in about 20 min

Good question. I assumed it was deemed a prohibited and no one had the grandfathering of 12 status to keep it.

the fellow whom I purchased the bits from did not elorbate with the details ,just took my money .I would guess something volintary as only the frame is missing ,usually with police involvement the whole unit is gone .

Put the 357 back into its form .Its a great shooting /heavy revolver and verry sweet trigger in single and 8# in double

Ghost gun brought under some truckers seat from the U.S.A. circa 1970 somethin? (unregistered, heat got turned up...disassemble and chop up the frame?) We'll never know the true story, but an expensive bit of steel to chop that's for sure.
