Is that Cadex the Field chassis? I'm looking at the same type of build in 6.5x47L. The only thing I'm wondering is about my barrel choice. I'll be using a #10 contour heavy finished at 26". The issue I'm wondering is if it can be done, geometry-wise, with the Cadex Field Open Top chassis.

Besides that, mine will be very similar to yours. (KS action, Jury barrel, etc..)
yes,it's the field chassis. Still lots of room left, for a thicker barrel.
I can try and get some measurements later.

Beauty! I am also looking forward to my Creedmoor build from Insite. Was in their new shop a couple weeks ago and it's pretty impressive. There's going to be lots of awesome stuff come out of there.

No wonder I haven't gotten my rifle builds from them yet, you guys are all in line in front of me!!! Lol.
Harley is doing up a couple different builds for me and going to try .22 Creedmoor and the Gap 6.5 4S from them.
I already have various stuff from them last year, and was very impressed with the 6mm XC for accuracy and ease to load for.
Just got my new 6.5 Creedmoor barrel from them this spring, and it is so typical of their work, just shoots like a laser!

Yes, they're a top shelf team.
Great comms and lots of great advice.

The sig gray barrel and action, looks way better than I thought it would.

They are still in the process of sourcing a stock for me so that'll take awhile. I'll be way behind you in terms of waiting haha. I always say that good quality and getting exactly what you want is worth the wait.

It would've been much quicker ,if I had chose this barrel from the start.
I was hung up a bit ,waiting on a CFW barrel.

And it took CP two weeks,to get it here :)

In the end,it's worth it ,as I know,it's done right.

I think in the right hands, this can do under a 1/2 ,all day long.
I'm far from experienced,and haven't shot a rifle for quite a while.

As you can see ,I shot a few sub MOA groups.
From a crappy bench and a $300 scope.

Both the Lapua 123 and the Amax 123 are capable of Sub moa, with the Amax being a bit better.
All groups were 5 rnd and shot at 100 yards.

Now that I've finally tried a quality long range rifle, I think it's not for me.
I think I kinda like doing the load development more than the long range aspect,of it.

Also long range is PITA around here, because of our stupid hunting regs.

So I'll keep my MV,which I can use ,in the bush for 10 months of the year ,and sell my 6.5x47 Lapua.

I guess,at the end of the day,I can at least say, I tried a custom rifle, built by one of the best,in Canada.

Now the question is, how much will it cost me... lol
