I thought I would post the link to FB article here. I saw the lmg and I fell in love. A modern Knight's Armament one would be the cat's meow.

If memories serves me they had these in circulation for a while before. All be it a very small number. I believe reason for not purchasing more was that KAC needed a large order to go into production.

I do believe they were used by American special forces during the Vietnam war. I didn't know Knights updated the design though and was currently marketing it for sale.

They were used by SEALs in Vietnam and field tested by the Marines.

Edited to add that I was referring to the Stoner 63 system (lmg, rifle, carbine). Apparently this is a later design of Eugene Stoner's for KAC.
