Where on the planet is it coming from ? if its in the USA I doubt it can be legally sent as ITAR would kick in. Why not contact the good folks at CBSA regarding the regs ?? Also be aware it cannot be sent via the postal system/Canada Post.
Buy a replica, it's cheaper. I had a 60 shipped in from the Ukraine in two separate parcels, the warhead made it in no problem, looks like a funky flower vase upon Xray. They held the tube for about a month and released it with some customs charges and re-labeled it "Rocket Launcher". The Canada Post parcel delivery dude had to ask if it was actually a real launcher.
