Hey Everyone.

We got our first shipment of Dawson products on Friday.

We're working on integrating them into our website now - a few more items may appear on Monday, most are up.

Regretfully, the product line is so vast we can't stock it all. Over time, our stocking levels will grow and our variety will also grow.

For things you don't see, we now have the special order item.
Simply fill in the info, check out and we will provide you with a price.
If the price is ok with you, we charge you and order it for you.
Current delivery estimates are 4 weeks if Dawson has it in.

The usual shipping charge for a front sight is $15. That is Canada Post Expedited service with a signature required and that, including packaging is what it costs us to ship them.
We have never had a sight go missing on route to a customer using this service.
(and if you order two sights, the shipping is the same - even for three, or four, or five... or maybe add something else in the order that's small, etc. - same price - $15 total)

Now back when we use to put $60+ tiny parts in regular, untrackable mail with stamps - we had lots of customers tell us that their part never arrived.
So that's why it's now expedited with signature or nothing.

If you are getting more than a $15 charge for shipping a sight - email me with the item and we'll check into it.
If $15 to get a sight to you with a guarantee of delivery is too much for you; I'm sorry - we're not going to risk the loss of the part for you - and we wish the best to you in the future.

$15 shipping in Canada is a good deal IMO, people need to remember this is Canada, and on lower cost items you can't make up shipping costs in profit.

I'll be buying my sight set up from you guys this summer. I spent my recent load on tac rifle parts, but my pistola needs better sights. My pistol isn't that common and you stock the sights im interested in regularly!

Keep up the good work.

How much gas would you burn driving there . Freedom always goes the extra mile for me great hard to get products fair price considering we are in Canada . With your GTA parking prices considered $15 shipping with tracking and insurance on gun parts is a deal IMHO .

I chatted through the grapevine with Dawson and it seems they got swamped in March and had a big backlog.
They say they've worked through it and everything we ordered in March plus some of this month's order is due here next week.

Sorry for the delay - we're working on it!

I'm trying to decide on a fiber optic front sight for my beretta 96 Elite IA, it's got the dovetail front sight so no worries there, i'm just not sure what height to get to match the rear sight, which is also a brigadier rear, not sure the height on that one either.

Any recommendations, especially for a possible replacement rear sight as well?

If you're keeping the rear sight, then get a same front height as what you currently have.

I can't seem to find an offering for a complete beretta sight set or beretta rear sight, unfortunately. Sorry.

You may have been right - yesterday, it may have said out of stock.
We got a big Dawson / EGW / Henning shipment (that was a little late) in yesterday so Devon probably updated it this AM.
