cheapest place to get nikon scope?

Probably Amazon. But I buy all mine at prophet river, a site sponsor. What scope in particular are you after? There is a user on here named Travis m. And he is somehow affiliated with Nikon, you could pm him.
 
Cabela's Canada has had some good Nikon scope sales already twice this year. I hope the next sale is in the near future as I may pick something up. The prices were quite good, but it was on select Nikon scopes, not the entire line.

yeah im noticing amazon is cheap for them, was just hoping there was a better option, as in cheaper site sponsor.

EDIT, not sure yet on exact model, likely a 3-9 or 4-12 model. maybe even the 2.5x-10x prostaff 5. not sure yet.
 
The only thing I buy from Amazon is books (far, far too many I'm afraid).
Anything that may require warranty or service purchase locally, even if it is a bit more. Amazon has a great policy of no questions asked return, but that is for a limited time (usually about a month)...after that repair and warranty issues are usually not worth the hassle for the $20 saved on purchase.
Recently picked up one of the new Nikon X1000 4-16x50 tactical scopes.
A great piece of glass for the price.

Look into the monarch 3. I have both the monarch 3 and prostaff 5 both with the anal bead reticle and the monarch is much, much better glass for only about $100 more.

I went with a Nikon Monarch 3 2.5-10x50mm. Got it from bass pro in tsawwassen , was the last one they had, the display one, so i talked them down to $550(list was $619) and i had a $200 gift card so all in all it was not bad, and hopefully it will last me the rest of my life along with my new rifle. its already mounted on the rifle and wow is it a good thing i went with the medium rings lol
