tl;dnr anyone know where I can find a new sear and hammer?

Over a year ago I removed some metal from my sear and hammer to lighten up my 10/22's trigger pull. I got it down to a crispy 1.5lb, which helped make my rifle a lazer.
Dlask Arms' 8.5in barrel tempted me too much, so I bought it and put it on. Boy is it now just the most fun thing for being barely still NR (yes, I have measured its dimensions carefully, so don't lecture me :p). Only issue is there isn't enough back pressure to sometimes reset the trigger, so it hangs up often. I want to play around with a new sear and hammer to increase its reliability. Anyone know where I can find a new sear and hammer? There seems to be only VQ and other upgraded stuff in Canada, but I am not looking to get those, I just need stock Ruger parts or stock equivalent. Also, any thoughts on lightening up the bolt to make it easier to accelerate?

Snapshot in QC is the ruger parts center for Canada.
they will have any part you need.
depending on where you are you could also try Western Gun Parts in Edmonton, they usually have a good supply of Ruger stuff on hand.

Put a wanted ad up on the EE, somebody will have what you want - because they put in aftermarket parts.

Or take a soldering iron and some silver solder and add some material to the places you removed it form.
I mean, your experienced at removing the metal, why not put it back...and it will be easier to file and tune afterwards.
Whats so hard about that?

Don't lighten the bolt, get yourself a KIDD charging handle assembly with the 3 springs.

I never considered a new charging handle before. I am guessing the lighter spring would put less resistance on the rearward travelling bolt during cycling?

I have yet to remove any material, I am still in the planning stages of tuning up my rifle

My bad, my reading comprehension that day musta been off a little.
But, if you still wanna play with files then buy some silver solder to add to the sear and file and fit and file and fit.
Less is more when it comes to fine tuning.

So, I have already removed metal from my current sear and hammer. If I put some silver solder on it then fine tuned with a file, would this act the same as adding back the metal I initially removed?
