If it fits you nice and shoots well it will seem like a great deal. If you're gonna try and flip it , there's probably not enough meat left on the bone. EE seems to flooded with 30\06s and magnums right now.

You can find really good deals on Tikka T3. I saw a Stainless Lite .270win w/Vortex Viper 3-9x40 BDC and Opti Lock rings & Bases for just $800.

I'd say $650 is decent for a mint condition one. Some chambering command a small premium, but the 06 isn't one of them. Prices in the last year have been all over the road with the intro of the T3x.
