Yes, they just want shooters to be holster qualified. I didn't make these rules.

Yes IDPA. Club rules require that you have one of the holster qualifications as stated above to shoot the match.

I believe all visitors need to fill out the liabibilty waiver at the clubhouse and pay a $20 guest fee. Unless you're just spectating, there's no club fee.

I think you need to be an IDPA member to shoot in their events. They track scores by your IDPA number.
