I hate asking on forums for load data, but being from Cape Btreton Nova Scotia, it's almost impossible to find load data books. I have 3" Remington yellow and green base wad hulls looking to load 1 1/8 oz loads with Alliant Steel and Hodgdon Longshot. As I've found can't find any Sam1 hulls in stock anywhere. Found 3" BPI TPS wads. Does anyone have some data they could take a picture of and send me. I am new to shotshell loading. I would be using for #2 and BB steel. Thanks in advance. Bob

...i recommend the ballistic products advantages book for steel load data

...buffer is needed depending on the load

...everyone told me that steel is pretty inflexible when it comes to swapping components and i follow the books on it

http://www.ballisticproducts.com/Reloading-Manuals/products/16/

that is their US site...and i order books, etc through them as it will be in stock there

Will Bilozir is their distributor in Canada...there may be another I don't know

http://www.bilozir.net/ballistic_products.htm

he makes large orders from time to time so you need to take a number and wait

once i got the load i wanted i just bought enough for a lifetime supply

the advantages book is excellent...just about any hull, wad, powder, primer, shot, overshot, and buffer combo that works...and some of their recipes are EXCEPTIONAL...

Will has recommendations too, but you can choose your own...

Only problem with mine it's probally two versions prior to the new ones
I am not a BP wad fan but that is me which is why I am saying wait for the sam1 I thought they were due in soon in SASK
