Cz 75 85 owners

I picked up a 85combat, what mags will work, and where are the best prices on mags, l will be buy n 3 total, thanks for any help

Mags for the 75 or 85 will work as well, I believe, IWI Jericho 9mm. Look at site sponsors, lots of them available, prices vary 45 to 60 bucks, depending if you want metal or plastic base pad.

Mec-gar mags work extremely well in my CZ's. Good value and quality in my opinion.

You typically find Jericho mags for cheaper than CZ mags. I however look for the CZ mags that are pinned to 10rds and not the ones that are 10rd mags. Mags for the Grand Power K100 also work.

I do not know much about these so 75 and 85 are the same mags? Right but 85combats are pre B? Not sure, do pre b take a different mag?

Yes I hate that plastic on the bottom of mags

I use Mec-Gar. They make the original equipment mags for cZ.

My CZ 85 combat (2004) takes the newer style CZ mags or the Mecgar with or without plastic base.

The cz85 combat is not a "pre-b" it simply doesn't have the firing pin block to begin with. It takes the same mags as the various shadows and cz75b pistols. The "pre-b" uses a different mag. My preferred mags are tanfoglio mags which I usually get from our site sponsor freedom ventures. Mec-gar mags are excellent as well. I have not used IWI Jericho mags but they are all the same pattern.

OEM CZ 75 mags will work on SP01 Shadow, 85C, Jericho 941, Tanfoglio Stock II. Best pricing is on Mec Gar.

Tanfoglio Mags work fine in the CZ75/85 series of pistols. CZ has used the same size of mag for the 75B/85 Combat and SP-01 series. MecGar is the supplier of OEM CZ mags.
