Not a bad combo...... and I will always have at least one .22lr....... but the the thread relegates is to centerfire only..... if it didn't, my choices would change..

Just picture a large firing pin that goes from the centre all the way out to the rim.

If I had a use for it, i would substitute the .22 for a .243...

.223 did not do it for me, sold it. .243 not legal for dogs...
