After some google searching believe that ACOG with the ACSS is only sold by Primary Arms in the US , other Trijicon dealers dont seem to sell it , I want one too .. CTCS is the importer of PA , i have been meaning to ask them if they can bring some in .

The TA31R series in regulated under the US State Dept. and is only exportable to Military and LE. The TA31-G, and TA31-C series are regulated through the Dept of Commerce and as such can be imported into Canada.

Not to hijack a thread on another dealer's page, but I know CTC supplies stocks Primary Arms optics. They have some optics with the ACSS reticle, so maybe contact them to see if they can import one for you?

I believe they posted the same thing Irunguns has said.

It can be done, purchase it down the border and have IRG do the 3rd Party import for this optic. I've done several 3rd party import and really had no issues and usually on the average a month to get delivered to me.
