Thought this is a great idea I followed up on my self for my Colt builds if you want the proper markings and for MK25 Sigs as well(The Civi sticker falls off).

Hope this helps.

Dunno if the Marine TAMCN's would help you track down the NSN's at all, but those are:
Rifle, 5.56MM M16A4 W/RCO - E1442
Rifle, 5.56MM M16A4 W/RCO and adjustable buttstock - E1442
Carbine, 5.56MM M4 W/RCO - E0195
Carbine, 5.56MM M4A1 Close Quarters Battle Weapon (CQBW) W/RCO - E0190
Rifle, 5.56MM M27 IAR W/SDO - E0100

All three SOPMOD uppers in use as of FY16 share TAMCN SFE09, though I'm not sure if these are NSN's or just pat numbers. All are non-FSB, full-length quads with Daniel Defense RIS II.
URG 10.3” barrel - 1090-01-D12-0980
URG 10.25” (typo, this is really 12.25" GL/SSC) barrel 1090-01-D12-0982
URG 14.5” barrel - 1090-01-D12-0984

Inactive or not USMC Annual Rifle Training-authorized uppers:
1090-01-D12-0981 (FSB-slotted DD RIS Mk 18), 1090-01-D12-0983 (FSB-slotted GL/SSC), 1090-01-D12-0985 (FSB-slotted SOPMOD 14.5" M4 w/extended quadrail) - these are each one NSN above their un-slotted counterparts
10.5" CQBR's: 1005-LL-L99-5996 (LMT; this is a LIN, not an NSN); 1005-01-498-1913 (first chopped Colt uppers with KAC RIS)
Source: info graphic I can't find again from NSWC-Crane (IIRC) on SOPMOD Block II kit

NSN for at least one Mk 18 Mod 0 variant complete rifle : 1005-01-527-2288

Don't know how much help this'll be, but hope it'll be some--part numbers are the last nine digits of the NSNs.

Here is the thread:

Here is the link for the guy doing the work.

I bought 3 for myself, a really nice gentlemen, and fast service.

Perfect work-

Carolina laser Works does a perfect job. Exactly identical to the real ones. The actual tags are same company I believe. Great stuff

Looks nice.

Also don't get completely hung up on CQBR, MK12, M4, M16 etc specificities. Unless an issued weapon is manufactured as a cqbr etc, the lowers are UID'd as M4, M4A1, M16A4 etc
Usually lowers are ubiquitous. They exist but I haven't seen Mk12 UIDs. The are M16A1 UIDs.

From a member at a US forum:

I've never seen one of these IUID stickers that features an NSN. The formats I've seen have had CAGE codes, the mil part number (not NSN) and serial.

For those wanting one for a clone build... I believe these are correct numbers below.

M4

CAGE:
Part Number: 9390000
Serial:

M4A1

CAGE:
Part Number: 12972700
Serial:

M16A4

CAGE:
Part Number: 12973001
Serial:

Many manufacturers have CAGE codes besides Colt & FN. Do a Google search and you'll often find they're registered.
