Yes. There are new NR black rifles. No, they don't cost any less than the old ones. lol


IRG has a SCAR sitting at the RCMP lab right now if Im not mistaken, and they just got some bullpup rifle accepted as NR (although I can't remember the name, and I think they are not in production as of yet)

And there is a 7.62x39 M305 available now... And some VZs got prohib again...
 
Troy Defence Pump AR (PAR). 16"bbl available in .223 or .308. The .223 wore a foldable stock with Troy flip up irons. The .308 had a Battle axe CQB stock and optic ready.
I fondled both over the weekend and they looked well built and yes....both are non-restricted.

When I have this kinda coin to spend on a rifle in a few years, this is the one I"ll be getting unless something else comes out thats both super-kick-ass and significantly cheaper.
 
ya i dont like the fact their going with 20" barrels instead of 18.6" i wish they would offer a shorter barrel. once you put a break/flash hider is going to be stupid long.

IIRC the reason for the 20" barrel is for cost savings—they're a standard length and don't need to be custom ordered. Back in my SR days when I shot an AR15A2 Gov't it didn't seem that unwieldy.

Really? 1.4" is a big deal? My hunting rifles have 22"-25" barrels, and 30-06 length actions. Somehow i think I'll get by...

I too have been away from the sport for a few years. Are the original CZ858s prohib?
