If the price is too good to be true, run the other way. I had a similar experience at Amazon.CA where a 'just launched' seller was offering a Yi4k action Cam for $173 + $5.99 shipping. Cheapest price was $349.
I contacted the seller to inquire if it is a new in pkg. While waiting for a response since Amazon has an A-Z guarantee.
The two days later I contacted Amazon support via chat and informed them that the seller has not responded toy initial inquiry. I even asked Amazon is the seller is in Canada. They said yes.
I then decided to inform the seller that I would like to cancel. The next day, I get a ship notification via USPS. That set off alarm bells.
I contacted Amazon support again and told them I already contacted the seller to cancel. Amazon was good and quick to submit a claim.
In the end, I got my refund back. In the next two weeks the seller has massive negative ratings where packages were sent to the wrong address and were in the US. Seller never returned or responded to inquiries.
