This is apparently the very first .50 Beowulf rifle to be registered in Canada.

Looks like fun. Too bad about the mags though.

Yeah, yhe lab updated it in the FRT a while ago, but no public statement, however there is a case in ON where a fellow has been charged and they are trying to set a precedent. Until RCMP make a formal bulletin I would say its pretty hard to enforce, especially when the FRT database is the RCMP's secret guide on how to persecute honest individuals when they rewrite the rules and dont tell anyone...

As someone who regularly takes a NR 50 beowulf out in the woods for hunting and shooting, Which as a result gets quite a bit of exposure to police, Conservation officers, etc. I can tell you that it is a very bad idea to not follow the legal section in the FRT in regards to capacity.

Just a waste of time to say but had to get it off my chest ...Politicians, Bureaucrats, RCMP....F<>king pathetic...yes even the so called good ones... all still in the same pile..

You have a NR .50 beo? I just got Griffans buggered up .450 kit for my ACR, I need to bug Ian at HA when spring farm work is done.

Wouldn't it be great to have an online FRT table to look these items up? Poor buggers with no access to the internet/cgn can unknowingly run afoul of the rcmp simply for not having connectivity.

Heck, it would be great to have these to look at? What is with all the holy grail secrecy that the frt revolves around. Shouldn't the firearms community have access to these lists
