More seriously, I price used stuff in near-new condition at about 20% off retail. So the buyer is saving the tax and 20% off new.
That's for lightly used pristine stuff that really is like new. Stuff with more obvious wear is discounted more.
If you're selling something that holds its value, like Dillon equipment, and that someone can buy from a shop, you need to price it so that you're saving the buyer at least tax and shipping.
