On a Trijicon Accupower 1-8 x 28 for an AR15, what will the picture sight will look like at different magnification taking into consideration that I have an A2 front post and a non monolithic rail.

Maybe my 6920 isn't the good canditate for that optic.

What do you think ?

You will see it on 1 power for sure, as the magnification increases you won't see it

If need be you can take a dremel tool to the front sight, get rid of the sight portion (tastefully) and replace them with BUIS that don't interfere with field of view

Or just replace the gas block. They aren't expensive.

Front sight post will disappear around 3-4x... but will definitely be visible at 1-2x.

Get a riser for 1/3 co-witness. Then it's out of your way. I don't notice mine at all with an eotech and it's not magnified at all.

I'm already cooling off at the idea of scoping that AR. The red dot will do fine.
