Hi all! Does anyone out there know if there is a Magwell that works with 10 round capacity mags? I've been looking at Zev Tech and all models say not recommended with 10 round mags. Please help!

Gen 3 or 4?

*edit: I've got a zev speed feed on my gen 4 and it doesn't give my 10 rounders any issues. Sorry, had to check the packaging.

The issue is the length. 10 round mags and all glock fatory standard cap mags sit sunken when loaded if you have the Zev magwell (I know I do).
If your mags don't drop free it makes for awkward mag strips.
Aftermarket baseplates will help.

According to Zev the issue is that the baseplate is wider than the bottom of the magwell (so mags don't seat) you can either take some material off the sides of the baseplate or shave the interior of the magwell (if you were really brave). It's why they list their magwell as not being compatible with 10 rounders.

I have a Gen 4! Any idea where a guy could get one of these gems?
Thanks for the help!

I actually found mine here on the ee. I know Armtac carries Zev Tech stuff. Might be worth asking them. Failing that, just get whatever magwell and trim the baseplates as necessary. As was mentioned above I believe that most aftermarket extended baseplates will solve the problem regardless.

I bought an Agency Arms magwell for my G17 Gen 4. Works great with factory 10-rounders as well as the Magpul mags.
