PRE-SALES!! North Eastern Arms NEA102s!!! $250 Down Payment!!

Not too worried, their customer service is pretty good. These rifles have been around for a while, just not here because they have been waiting for it to be classed NR.

Do we have reviews for it from user ?

I've seen an NEA25 on youtube by a guy from NZ but thats it

If you get fish in frenzy you don't even need to actually bait the hooks to get them to bite....

I'm hard on the fence on this rifle. The project I had in mind will not be possible due to compatibility issues with parts.
I'm undecided now. Either way I sure as hell won't be the first in on these. Will gladly hold my breath and see what quality, reliability etc turn out to be.

ditto. NEA has lots of negative reviews on some of their products ,I hope this one gets positive reviews since it's half the price of the MH. It seems everything coming out today has a Gen 2 right behind it.

Jesus people are going crazy with pre-orders on this thing.
Where's the fire? I can guarantee there will be no shortage of these. I'll wait for initial reviews.

Agreed. I want to at least have my hands on one before I'm laying down that much money [it would be my most expensive firearm...].

[sorry...double tap here. Why isn't there a button to delete?]

Haven't really been paying attention to this one, but interested now. Biggest feature for me is 7lb 3oz bare weight (per other thread) and the price. If the initial reviews prove it to be reliable and given the price these will sell well if it is < 2 moa shooter. We'd all love a sub-MOA rifle, but at this price if its hunting accurate with factory ammo to 300yds I'd consider it a success. Should be able to have it ready to hunt in a 8-9 lb weight which is reasonable for a hunting rifle. Given the price of the competition, demand for these will be strong going forward unless there is a major unexpected problem.

Another Canadian made firearm and a non-restricted black rifle as well - love it!

Good morning,

I don't have a lot of information about the items that we will be receiving yet, as we are still ironing the details out. My understanding is that the rifles will be black, but I don't have final confirmation. We will be getting as many as possible, so will be re-opening the pre-sales as soon as I have more availability information to go on. We absolutely don't want to over-promise and under-deliver because we've rushed through this.

The non-refundable deposit is not in anyway a denial of warranty, or way to bypass customer service, or meant to be a F^&* you to our clients. This is meant to help ensure that people who are actually looking to get these rifles get the shot at them, and the pre-sales don't get tied up by people who will back out once the time to pay for them actually gets here. It's an unfortunate reality that we have seen in the past, and we'd like to prevent in this case. If you have specific issues with the pre-ordered rifle when it gets to you, we will still do everything we can to solve those issues.

I'd love to get a better picture of these for you, but I just haven't been able to get one from the manufacturer or supplier. As soon as I have something, I will make sure that it gets posted.

If you have any questions that I can answer, I will do so as soon as possible.

Thanks
Colin D

I don't blame you guys, there are some high maintenance flakes out there. I wanted ODG but will take what I can get :)
Thanks for the update. Hopefully NEA will release photos soon, but I suspect they are working their arses off actually making the rifles rather than playing around with them.
Can't wait to get this baby, it's been a long time coming.

That's true about the flakies out there. . I was more concerned if all of a sudden they never showed up or were reclassified by a mistake and then no refund. ..

Personally I will buy / order one in od green as soon as I am able to from you guys !

Good morning,

I will be eagerly awaiting information on colour availability as much as everyone! As soon as I hear confirmation from the supplier, I will let people who have a pre-order know, as well as everyone else.

If these suddenly become reclassified or just don't arrive would be an entirely different situation than what the non-refundable deposit was meant to address.

Thanks

Good morning,

I'd rather they are slaving away in the factory making sure that they produce loads of these rifles than playing photographer. But I'd love some good pictures that show off the fruits of their labours too.

Thanks
