**Range report and pics on post 27**

Well I just got my email today from Herron Arms, my non restricted MPX is ready to ship! :) Obviously I don't have it yet, but they were saying it shoots well. They also sent me this picture to tide me over until it arrives. So thanks Herron Arms for the quick turn around, and I'm looking forward to posting a range report!

Looks great... Crying shame that our laws prevent the bush blasting fun with the gun as designed (Small)

Let us know how she shoots.... and more pics :)

Man that's gorgeous! Well there's another project for the list. I have a feeling Herron will be doing a fair few of these. Been talking with them about doing a nr barrel with shroud on a Swiss cqb.

Yeah thats awesome man! If you dont mind me asking, how much was the barrel conversion? All said and done?

$600 + $30 for the thread protector. I thought that was a pretty reasonable price. He did have an issue with the first barrel, apparently, so I'm not sure if he factored that into my cost or not. Hopefully he made some money off me!

plus shipping and taxes I assume? ~$800, not bad. Cheaper then ACR barrel.

I added expedited shipping, so a total of $719.

I guess with my original shipping the all in cost would be just shy of $800.

But for his work it is $630 all in. I would guess a bit less if not threaded, but I don't know that for sure.

Fvck was contemplating converting oe of my 2 MPX's non restricted but just sold one to a buddy.

As everyone else has asked where did you get the rail from (Ian order it direct from Sig)???

I bought it from our local black market dealer, Irunguns (my box actually said bought from the black market, lol). It came with the long hand guard from the factory. This is the 16" carbine. I ordered it pretty much the day they were available I believe.

Why hate the keymod when you can cover them up with low pro rail covers:
