Still having a hard time chambering case after full length resize

Yep, lube a case, turn the die down a bit, clean lube off case, try in chamber...
Depending on how much the cases spring back, some may need more shoulder set back. Spring back depends on brand of brass, times fired, hotness of loads, annealing.
 
As stated before use a black felt tip marker and color the case and chamber the case and check for rub marks.

My guess is either expansion just above the belt or posibly the shoulder is not being pushed back far enough. "BUT" anything is possible, a bad shell holder, oversized die, etc. the most common belted case problem is the case is not sized enough just above the belt

If its the shoulder the simplest thing to do is lap a few thousandths off the top of the shell holder at a time until the case chambers. The Hornady cartridge case headspace gauge is a vary good gauge for measuring fired cases and setting your dies up for proper shoulder bump.

If the problem is above the belt then you might need a collet die that sizes the base of the case.

When I FL resize, I run through once then 1/4 turn then run through again..
I have no idea if it does anything ?? But I kind of think it may help getting brass back to FL size??

Keep turning down the sizer until it chambers properly... hopefully. There is a ton of spring in a turret press so touch that SH long before the press lever reaches bottom.

There is usually alot of room in the sizing die above the belt so there is little to no sizing there. Yes, the area ahead of the belt can expand and this will also cause stiff chambering. The belted magnum collet sizing die might help... not sure if still in production. But typically, if this is the problem area, just toss the brass.

I was just going to start a thread similar thread to this one, I'm going to try some of the suggestions. I was skeptical about bumping down the shoulder but seems to be what I need to do in my case, I just didn't bump it enough.
Comparing the case in question to a correct sized case the overall length is good but the shoulder is high therefore preventing it to sit flush in the case gauge.

With your guy's help I figured out that my die was not turned in enough and that the body area just underneath the shoulder radius was not getting resized
