We don't have an answer for this. If you do a quick google image search for "HK SFP9", other markets such as Italy, Czech Republic and France do not get the mag loader in the box either. Perhaps it is something that they have stopped producing.

I have not found out if the HK mag loaders are any good or not since those HKs I purchased also had that empty space in the foam. Don't remember whether I got the dessicant instead or if it was missing as well :) However, I have seen mag loaders included in the box with HKs listed on the EE so they must have been supplied.

As a major importer, you would have to ask your HK contact to get an answer if you are so inclined.

We have confirmed that they indeed do not come with a mag loader. We can special order one for you if you are so inclined. MSRP$14.99. Thanks.
 
I see this from Google search ,it consist of one trigger spring and one sears spring ,each reduce 1 lb forces ,combined it reduced 2 lb of the total trigger pull ,make 3 lb trigger pull , amount is around $20 US .

Do you have a link? Sounds like it's aftermarket.

Unfortunately we do not have the LE version. We have Trijicon sights for the SFP9 and spare mags available at your local dealers. Thanks.
