i spent $315 on my RAR (got one off the first batch off the boat at dealer cost) and it shoots pretty much as good as my CZ452 at half the price.
not exactly the same but pretty damn close.
and did i say at half the price?

idn about you but that 1/4th or 1/2 and inch better at 50 makes it worth double to me! CZ FTW lol. I love this new ruger, just pray if they price it the same as CZ it can shoot like one.

I'll buy one when I see one that has completed the 50yd challenge. Until then it's annies. CZ,s are more than capable.

Must have got lucky on that one. We have one and best it does is just over 1" at 50. Doesn't even come close to what my cz's do. It is still a $250-300 gun with a bunch of parts added on. Kind of like a $150 sks with $500 in add ons doesn't make it worth $650

I was hoping to resurrect this thread!!!! Has anyone shot this beauty yet.... I've put lots of rounds through the RAR standard model but I've been lucky to get 3/4@50yards. Closer to 1" on average. And very picky with ammo. I have a cz and savage but if this sucker shoots I may add it to the safe. It would really compliment my similarly set up 10/22

a co-worker and myself just put in the order!
i just happened to go to Cabela's website and low and behold they have all 3 flavors of this gun on their webpage!

and just to let ya know, the 17HMR they only have 1 left.
and....... FREE SHIPPING!

im not gonna lie, i was expecting this gun to come in around $750 and i was even quoted from my LGS that it would be around $730 to get in so picking it up for $630 with free shipping...... WINNING!
and hell i havnt even seen these guns at a gun store locally yet!

(and $100 cheaper than the LGS in Ontario had them listed)
