If you have an iPhone, shoot some video of you and or her from the side but use the Slo-Mo option, set it to 240 fps. If it is set to 120 fps do this to change it:
1. Open the Settings app and go to “Photos & Camera” settings.
2. Go to the Camera section and tap on “Record Slow-mo”
3. Change the recording speed to 720p at 240fps, or 1080p at 120fps by tapping your choice.
At 240 fps it will reveal lots of mistakes when pulling the trigger. I was shooting low too then discovered when I saw the video what mistake I was making, anticipating the shot. Now I hit POA. The videos are kinda cool too, spinning cartridges etc.
