IPSC holsters??

I don't want to hijack the OP's thread, but since we're talking about holsters, I have a question. .........Who makes holsters for the Walther Q5 Match and the Grand Power X-Caliber? They need to be IPSC, IPDA and 3 Gun legal.

If I haven't received my CZ and gear,by the time the BB course starts,
Can I use my Glock .22 LR ?
I also have a .357 revolver that I'm comfortable with.

From their website:

"Please make certain that you have all of the equipment required to take this Black badge course. You will need a handgun of a caliber 9mm or larger. A suitable holster, at least four magazines or speed loaders and a proper gun belt to carry it all. If you are fairly new to handgun shooting we would also prefer that you have had the equipment long enough to have shot at least one thousand rounds of ammunition through the gun you'll be using for the course, as well as using the magazines, holster and magazine pouches to make certain everything functions as it should. If you are unsure of what is suitable IPSC equipment, please contact your instructor BEFORE you buy anything. They will be able to point you in the right direction so you don't show up at the course with the wrong equipment.

Please do not borrow equipment to take the course. If you do not have all the required equipment, please wait until you do before signing up for a Black Badge course."

So, your .22 is a no go, but your revolver would be okay provided you have the recommended number of speed loaders and a belt with the appropriate holster and pouches.

From the two intro documents from two different BB instructors, you need a pistol in 9mm or larger for the course. No 22LRs. For a revolver, you'll need to contact your BB instructor. If allowed, you'll need a lot of moonclips or speedloaders and pouches for them on your belt. If you don't have all your gear, I would recommend borrowing a similar pistol from a buddy well in advance so you can familiarized yourself with the working, drawing/reholstering/mag changes before your class. You will need to practice your DA skills as your first shot after drawing will be DA. If you can't get a pistol in time, I would suggest signing up for the next course. That would suck.
