Henry Customer service

The web is full of stories like this. It's support of this sort and the fact that their guns simply shoot and operate so smoothly that I'm a big Henry fan.

while im not a huge fanboy of lever actions i must admit after purchasing one of their 22 levers and how nice it is and then getting one of the US Survival Rifles (AR7) then having to get a pin from them (same as above, free part and shipping and fast!).
after all that i am actively looking to purchase more Henry rifles because they are behind their product so well!
kinda thinking a big bore lever.... 45-70 or something.
maybe a golden boy in 357.....

It's strange how Henry has no issues mailing out free replacement parts to customers in Canada and then other manufacturers can't even sell parts in Canada and claim that their hands are tied by border issues..... ?

I own two Henrys, so far. I bought my first, a Frontier .22, after reading review after review that praised the company and their CS. That .22 is just pure fun to shoot and so smooth. Just had to get one in a bigger caliber.......and brass. Along came a Big Boy in .357.

Quality is fantastic and knowing that the company really backs their product 100% gives me peace of mind and the confidence to consider future purchases from them. Most likely one of the single shot shotguns.

And because every Henry thread should have a pic or two of these beauties.......

I can only assume it's because Henry appreciates their customers, so they invested a couple minutes and realized it's not a big deal to ship parts cross border.

That is not why Henry can ship parts across the border... it is because they have done the required ITAR paperwork and paid the significant fees to allow them to export replacement parts... the real question is why have the other manufacturers not done this?

I have many great stories about Henry CS, but also of Mr. Imperato and Andy Wickstrom... Henry really does care about their products and their customers... they are a company that I can fully support.

I bought a used one at the Lumby Gun show and this thing is sweet.
Fun, slick and a pleasure to shoot.

I took it apart to clean and change the lever for a small loop and I was so surprised how well built they are I also got one in 22LR.

Henry help me out this year with a free replacement part for my sons rifle.
They honour your word about the part, with honouring their product.
They are by far the leaders in customer service within the firearms community.

100% agreed, you can't go wrong with the Henrys. I have the Frontier in .22 and the Big Boy Steel in .357 and they're fun as hell. Their customer service is well known to be flawless, like Vortex's. That's why people return to those brands. :)

Bent a part inside my Henry .44 Mag.while I was putting it back together after disassembly for cleaning.Just being an Igor (Frankenstein's assistant)no fault of Henry.Called Henry and talked to Jeff.Sent parts free of charge, even postage! What's not to like?

^^^This was going to be the nature of my question but maybe there is hope afterall. I have one of the "infamous" Henry AR7s and the stock developed a crack in the "yoke" where the action fits. It's been my understanding that due to ITAR regulations, it's nigh on impossible to receive firearm parts from the US. If you guys have successfully received replacement parts from Henry I'll fire off an email to them directly. Thanks for providing the info without my even having to ask the question.

Let us know how it goes with the stock.
I recently enquired about a spring for my lever action as mine was a bit bent, I thought that was causing issues with it occasionally not going into half-#### position. They offered to send me a new spring and hammer for free, didn't even ask about serial number or date of purchase.
I enquired a few years ago about a stock for my AR7, was told the ABS stock was $30US back then, no offer to replace it. Not wanting to pay the $30+ shipping, and seeing the ABS in the description, I just used plumbing ABS cement to fix the crack.

If you get better results, let us know. I will try again if it goes well for you.
