On the flipside, the seller is being straight up by saying there are not the original owner or that they took it on trade. Lots of things in the EE could be withheld by the seller.
Do you pass on selling houses if you know the places have had a few owners because it would bother your conscience, and do you only buy brand new or one owner homes for yourself?
I aint the same thing... He doesnt know if it's in perfect working order... JP.
I would much rather buy used then new as a day after I get it, it isn't new anymore.
Look at the sellers feedback and ask questions. If the seller answers all the questions you are probably good. If they do not walk away.
As someone who considers anything made after the Boer war too new fangled and modern I find that line of thought a little hard to comprehend.
If anything I avoid the new stuff as likely to be a headache and dread cheap manufacturing methods or dealing with warranty issues.
