Really, is the red rifle section where TI usually posts or do they use their own forum page? The only reason it's in red rifle is because TI locks everything on their page about the Type 81. It a bit like censorship. I suspect this will be locked soon. Apparently FB is where we should be checking or red rifle section, not under TI's page.

To be fair TI actually asked us if they should lock the thread or not! They didn't just lock it for no reason. Many thought it should be locked because of all the crying, speculation, trolling and just plain idiocy that was out of control.

Re the no pics allowed in the factory, standard I would think for a military factory. I use to drive under contract for PPG Canada and some of the plants I went to in the U.S. were very tightly controlled with high security and no camera's allowed! And that's just paint they were protecting! Standard procedures no conspiracy there I would reckon.

I don't care about pictures, please see my first post, I just wanted some communication. Thankfully someone referred me to Facebook and their MySpace page.

Ill laugh when these things are junky jam-omatics.

I really dont think they will be. The handful of the prototypes that landed in the US before the ban ran very well and the few people who have had the chance to handle them, loved them.

I think these will turn out as good as any other combloc rifle we got here.

So i dont do the facebook thing... and i have one pre ordered...
And have not received much from TI..
I have heard they have a shipping schedule...
Does anyone have more info on that?

They've been making them for years, like since the 80's and are in service all over the world and it's a proven reliable rifle design. So when they arrive and perform well is there a preferable way trolls like their crow served up. lol

They said they will ship to customers in 6 to 8 weeks, but I think most ppl suspect that is optimistic.

delivery

the only uncertain factor to me is in case the war break out between China and India before the end of September, would the Parliament pass a law apply import sanction on China firearm? From the information I got, both parties become pretty serious this time.

Why would we put sanctions on China?

Why would a war break out in >2 months...

Both parties are moving huge amount of troops and heavy equipment into DockLam area. No sign of back down from either side. And if you were familiar to Chinese political announcement system, the second last level of ultimatum term had been used in official news.

"Pre-order item: Production has been completed, goods should arrive in Canada end of September."

Have they figured out September of which year yet, maybe the question should be will it be in out lifetime or that of our great grandchildren.
