Hu..... so you guys are loading 38s for 9mm eh? I may have to give this a try. Really want to get back to 147 gn for 9mm.

I've never had good luck with cast in a 9mm; at least cast bullets in the traditional sense (tumble or wax type lube).
Powdercoat on the other hand has been great, I run a Lee 90465 with cheapo princess auto powdercoating powder. I find that PC bullets perform very consistently in most of the handguns I've run it in and are the closest thing to a FMJ/plated bullet.
Your mileage may vary though, there have been plenty of guys that run a "traditional" cast bullet with good results.
