I've been working on a few projects and finally wrapped this one up.

This project only came about for curiosity sake. I was reading about forming 350 brass with a rcbs case form die. Problem was it sounded like to need to stand on one leg while jumping around chicken bones to form cases without failures. So I decided to try and make a form die, but with interchangable shoulder/neck inserts. Well to my surprise(?) it works. Each step is very easy to form and I have yet to lose any brass. I may make one more insert between #3 and the factory sizer if I feel ambitious - but I don't right now. This will give me a good excuse to try my next project - which I will post in a seperate thread.

#1 insert 375h&h - untouched 300wm(for comparison) - 300wm. Note the 375 has enough taper not to touch the first insert.

You shouldn't have posted that! You're going to get inundated with requests from some of us weirdos.

Brilliant though. I'm just trying to figure out what I need to form cases for!

Hopping on one chicken leg?...guilty as charged! Laugh2

Very nicely done from conception to completion, the three different diameters should be very easy on the brass.
Could make some of the diehard 350RM fans quite happy if you ever decided to rent it out.
Charging a small rental fee would help keep the beer fridge stocked.

Cold beer and the 350RM, two of the finest things life!
