I am not sure if there is an advantage going to mil. I am shooting an atacr 7-25 2nd in MOA.

I am not sure if I should buy the mil or stick with MOA? I have been getting into PRS, and everyone is Mil.

I need an F1 scope, I like the idea of having the extra 10 power.

Like I said, do I stick with MOAR, or do I get the tremor?

The tremor looks really busy.
 
I just watched a couple of videos on the Tremor 3, and looks impressive.

Great for wind calls.

I know everyone says DO NOT DIAL WIND, but I have been with the Zero stop, no issues, just remember to check it before every stage.

That being said, the Tremor 3 has me interested. I didn't follow the "calibration process", I probably need to watch the videos ten more times
 
As a tradesman, my brain works so much better in MOA. I've never asked someone to cut me a piece of pipe or lumber at 278cm...

I've stuck with MOA for the same reason as you. My mind works in inches and feet after years of building. But in the end as long as you and your partner (spotter) are both using the same then it doesn't matter wether it's MOA or mils as you make your adjustment calls in MOA/MILS not in inches OR centimeters.
 
The other way to call out if you both are using two different ways of measuring is to say "2 targets low, 1 target right". This way each of you looking through your scopes will be able to adjust based on the hash marks on your specific reticles
