Other than the obvious differences, I am looking for a holster that is sturdy, retention and has adjustability to pass equipment test (2" from the body / production IPSC)

Is either one of these 2, or, a totally custom made holster but I can't find anything in Canada. In the US, custom holsters are over $200 US.

Suggestions?
 
Ghost stinger seems the best built, however, I am worried the holster might end up more than 2" away from my body, I have a small waist and have issues with some drop off sets.
 
Race master is way too much money and cant justify the expense vs a ghost really.
Unless I am missing something.

I also worry about retention of this holsters and the possibility of accidentally dropping the gun.

I have no experience with these kind of holsters really, so that is why.
 
You have to pull straight up about an inch to release the gun on a race holster (ghost the one).
They can fall out a bit easier than other types but when locked, there is no worries about it falling out
 
There are two spacers and a hinge on the stinger that can be adjusted easily to bring it in closer and still maintain a fairly straight up draw.

can the spacers be changed out for shorter ones? I wish I could see one of this live !
I have decided for a kydex holster however.

The only thing I need to figure out is, how far would the stinger or the BOSS system put the holster away from my body.
