Sauer m90 375h&h

Just wondering who does warranty work on the Sauer line of rifles. I have basically a as new rifle that the magazine does not fit properly, after it locks in it sits too low for proper feeding. Second problem broken case stuck in chamber!!

Never owned one ... but did look into purchasing a Sauer 90 at one point ... I 'believe' that one of their special touchs is that each magazine is unique to a specific cartridge .. and marked accordingly. For example you wouldnt use a 270W mag for a 30/06 ..... although in pretty much every other rifle -- that would be acceptable. Is your mag marked 375 H&H ? I presume it is ... but thought I would throw the possibility out .... and move this thread up for you.

(BTW - beautiful rifles ... a shame about the problems ..... hope you manage to get it sorted out)
