What size bore is the howa mini 7.62x39? Mine wont shoot norco very accurately although my cz shoots it ok. The cz is not 308 wondering if the howa is

the CZ is .311 bore and so is the norc ammo. I believe Howa uses a .311 bore as well. Savage uses a 308 bore in that caliber and it shoots worse because of it
