Browning 22 ammo, anyone?

Manufactured by Winchester/Olin Corp. as I understand. I doubt it's anything special other than the fancy box and marketing.

I'll be sticking with CCI.

I bought a box just to try. It's ok. Haven't had any feeding, ejection or FTFs. Accuracy at 50yds with my marlin 60 (which shoots under 1/2" groups with standard velocity cci's) was 1 1/2" to 2" groups. Alright for plinking but doubt I would buy again. I'll stick with the CCI as well

i got a box on sale to try out (we have good luck with Blazer when we go plinking), the browning was OK, but seemed slightly less accurate or was all over the place compared to the usual. Considering how close the costs were, i have no reason to get any more.

I'm glad Browning (=Winchester) are making ammo and I don't want them to stop. If enough people buy/try the stuff...maybe my favorite CCI offerings will be just a LITTLE more readily available. lol

Lol. I know I won't be buying any less of the CCI after using the Browning. Not near as good of ammo as CCI.

I read as "Made by Winchester" too, but who knows? Maybe it's a special blend or something...Browning rifles tend to be fab, but I see a lot of their logos on vehicle stickers, and clothes too. I'll be looking for a couple of boxes just for science.

Brand isn't what matters to me. I'll be the first to chastise Remington rimfire ammo, but admit shooting some of my best groups ever with Remington Sub-sonics, and that they can cycle through a semi.

I bought some to try. Typical Winchester, found it very dirty. Will use up what I have and not buy any more, but that's just me.
