Reloading room almost ready!!

Just have to say , being an old service rig hand , turning an old doghouse / into a reloading room is pretty cool....... just think of what you will be able to store in the Knowledge Box...
LOL

I ended up with the complete accumulator system so if your inta nostalgia and wanna function the rams again I'm will to leter go cheap:rolleyes::rolleyes:

LOL , that's just too cool. I have been wellsite supervising for a long time now, but the boys still let me play once in awhile.
But you keep up the good job my friend , and please show us some pics when she is completed please..

This is awesome, always cool to see oilfield equipment reused for non oilfield things. Once toured a house build inside of 2000 barrel insulated oil storage tank.

Oh, and real rigs are hauled onto the lease! :D been hating on the "Circus" rigs since 2008 lol

Haha not me! I just know what all the drilling riggers say, the service guys claim "real rigs have wheels" IIRC. I just piloted and swamped on 20-50 ton pickers, bedtrucks too. I've done it all but rigging itself.

But I've been in many doghouses while working, ground floor and above the water tank.

Anyways, that's a sweet setup. Which rig company let you have it? Doesn't look like a modern setup.

Ahh memories memories...I too wrapped hundreds of slings around skid frames on buildings like the one in the photo's as well.

Back when P.E.T. passed the first "lets f##k Ab. big time" energy bill you could buy buildings like that for $200 apiece from drilling companies that had 100's of rigs (or parts of) stacked throughout the province. If you had a buddy with a winch tractor & Wheeler to move it for you they were a good "last forever" farm building.

I've spent too much time in the tool room hiding out on cold winter days as a roughneck, never would have got me to come out if there was reloading equipment in there!

Neat idea OP!

^ Kinda roughneck is that!? If your cold your not working hard enough, or a double hand haha. Can already imagine the smell of hoppes mixing with residual smell of spray nine, you could bottle that scent and sell it haha!

Why don't you do find a sense of humour and come back and try again, everyone else here understood the joke. And I'm not quite sure I follow your reference to the gopher turds, but I think you owe me a couple hundred thousand dollars lol.
