Crooked Mk3 sight on No4 Rifle?

Is it normal that the back sight (a Mk2/Mk3 type sight) on a No4 Mk1 rifle is slightly leaning forward (when using the ladder sight) whereas it is leaning backwards when using the battle sight and not perfectly perpendicular to the receiver?

It's probably a bit more obvious with pictures

Nothing wrong....knew it was ok but did compare a few just for _hits and giggles, they all lean forward just slightly.
