Commercial spec. I sold one last year for $50. You may get more these days.

They don't command nearly the premium of mil spec ones.
 
Armalite played some tricks back in the day, I thought it was commercial but the buffer tube looked just like a milspec 4 position with the non slanted back, I know it was a commercial stock I replaced or with so that makes sense
