Trying to find flash hole deburring tool

Hello there, I'm trying to find a flash hole deburring tool, Lyman, Redding, RCBS etc. Suitable for .223 Can't locate one in Canada at a reasonable price.

I just went to my local gun shop and picked up a Lee one for 5$.

I use 1 1/10" drill bit in a drill locked in a vice. I then touch each flash hole to the drill bit and it chatters, then smooths out. This leaves a little champfer around each flash hole.
