I made the mistake of using some fern fronds to camouflage my camera. After a couple of days they had drooped into the field of view and messed up the exposure and blocked part of the view of what otherwise would have been some really nice pics of a cow moose. I was able to salvage them somewhat by tinkering with the contrast and brightness. Not sure what is causing the halo effect in the centre of the image.
Last trail cam view of the doe I tagged seconds later for my ontario antlerless and my first ever whitetail. She made it 35 yds after a double lung pass through shot and was in very good shape, so I can't wait for venison supper. It was a neat twist to be able to pull the card afterwards and see her last moments.
I went to my spot where I got the doe pics and discovered my camera had been messed with. Not really any damage done, but was now facing downwards. A quick review of the photos revealed the culprit. This is at one of my deer spots, but I bought a bear license today.
I checked the cams this weekend. 1 had been stolen...1 had been messed with...but two had some pictures. Sorry for the long choppy videos..I switched out the memory card, hopefully that will fix it.
