I recently got a Bushnell Pro Bore Sighter and I found that the 22 arbor would not work with a CZ452 or CZ455 22LR, however It would work with a Ruger 10/22 and a CZ527 in 223 and CZ455 22WRM. What is interesting is that it works with the Ruger 10/22 which suggests that the bore size for the Ruger 10/22 22LR is larger than for the CZ 22LR

Not surprised. CZ's bore and chamber are known to be tight.
This is a misapprehension that gets repeated on the internet, but that hardly makes it correct. A sticky on RFC shows that CZ bores are just a little narrower than many other bores to which they were compared. How much? Two one thousandths of an inch (0.002"). No .22LR cleaning rod should be a full .22" in diameter. That would make them interfere with ejectors, which is probably why some recommend the smaller diameter cleaning rods. They are not, however, necessarily required. A Tipton .22LR carbon fiber cleaning rod has a diameter of 0.210". I have used it without issue in a number of CZ bolt action .22LR's as well as Anschutz and Walther rifles.
It was the collet on the arbor that was over sized that prevented it going the CZ 22LR barrels and a normal 22 cleaning rod works fine on the CZ's, also the bore size on the CZ 22 WRM barrel is larger. I would also not be surprised if Ruger did not use the same mandrel for all 22's when hammer forging the barrel, unlike CZ who appears to use different sized mandrels for different 22's

It is not a laser one, however the arbor itself does hit, it is the locking nut (Collet) that is used to expand the end of the arbor that is to big. My Buddy has the same Bushnell Pro Bore sight and it works fine since the locking nut is not over sized like on mine

So why waste your time and money on a device of questionable reliability in a bolt action rifle.
Bore sighting is free.
Fire one shot at 25 yards.
Hold your sight picture in a very stable position and move the crosshair to the bullet hole and you are sighted in at 25 yards with one shot.
With a center fire rifle you can be on target at 200 yards in three shots.
Bore snakes are available in 17 and 20 caliber. One is wise to use .177 or .20 rods in their CZ 22 calibers. I recently miked all my rods and labelled them just so I don't end up with an over sized one.
