15 pistol case

Hmm,the dimensions of the case in the pic is 31.62" x 20.50" x 12.60"

As suggested, I looked at Princess Auto and they have a case that is 31.5 x 24.0 x 15.2 in

Looks like I would have to cut the foam myself, which isn't insurmountable. Now to look at the custom place. ;)

I abandoned mine after one of their revolver locks gave me some grief. They aren't very robust and I don't think they will last all that long with regular range use.

I have been using mine, I have 8 IIRC, since day one and no issues. Other than one being defective from the factory, it was replaced within days.

Ya, I had to send one back for replacement as well. The 9mm and 45ACP were ok, but got a little sticky after a bit. The 22lr, 38 and 44 revolver were worry some after one refused to come out of my 19.

They are slick to say the least, but not worth the potential grief IMHO.

At $30 a piece plus tax and shipping that's something like $200 to take a case of 5 pistols to the range. Seeing as I already have a drawer full of CT combo locks (never have to worry about keys) I think I'll pass.

The Princess Auto one's are great. They tend to go on sale every once in awhile, come in varying sizes and hold up well.

Canadian Tire also carries the Mastercraft Maximum version in various sizes that goes on sale often for 50% off as well. I couldn't account for the quality of those ones though.

Using cable locks and closing the slide on them makes this a 1/4" problem. So no worries

hey Gatehouse...can you buy keyed alike cable locks?

I bought a crud load of keyed alike trigger locks, but they have turned out not to be so useful for pistols. sliding around and annoyances like that. I now realize the wisdom and convenience of cable locks.

Here is my setup:
Nanuk 940 case
I was able to cut the foam in order to fit either 10 pistols (with low profile trigger lock) or 8 pistols + 1 9 mm AR-15 (ansgtadt arms UDP-9). It's a pretty awesome setup! The sluts are long enough so they can fit 6 inches pistol / revolver or big handgun (SW 686, SW model 41, DE, Broomhandle...).

I have two of the CT versions. Use them for drones and photo gear. Got them both half off.

Waiting for another sale to get a third for handguns.

Also, you can lookup Kaizen foam. Best stuff in the industry for foam. Pricey though. Otherwise try to use spray on Plastic dip on the cut foam you have. There are several YouTube videos on the subject.

Or better yet, there's the ppl at Trekpak that can offer customizable divider system.

If you only need to fit a couple handguns the Nanuk 910 is under 60$ on Amazon right now.
