Like you know what Wanstalls paid for theirs or IF they even lose money.
Sounds like the same old speculation and biased guess on this aswell just like your hard on hate for TI and the T81

If Wanstalls was losing money they would have just refunded us and blamed it on M+M.

And give up any future sales? I'm pretty sure Wanstalls make better business decisions than that. They'd take a loss to maintain their position as a distributor. This rifle is a potential goldmine to a Canadian distributor. Especially if exclusive rights are involved. Very few will know if they made or lost on the presale. It won't be public knowledge anytime soon.

As soon as they are in production, anyone can import one from the US somewhere around the pre-sale price landed, maybe even a bit less.
Like I said, if they gouge Canadians too much, IRG, Prophet River, etc can always bring a truckload in.

You don't think they'll regulate the sale of 18.5" barrel version? At this point I would be surprised if it's available down south. Add the barrel change and forget being cheaper. Assuming non restricted of course. Importing a restricted version will more than likely be cheaper.

Why is this rifle any more of a goldmine than any other non restricted rifle imported into Canada?
It's just another rifle that while a lot cooler and more modern doesn't do anything that a Norinco M305a (x39 version) does for $800 or a Kodiak Defense (SKS in a chassis) for $700, or a VZ 58 for $1400. This is not some revolutionary high tech rifle that's going to change the way we look at firearms. It's just a mash or a couple old rifles with some CNC aluminum and rails.
Yes, I want one but it's nothing worth getting all excited about, if they price these high I'll just wait for the next fantastical rifle to get a NR FRT.

US purchasers will want the 2.5" longer barrel version as well. If they don't make them they will lose out on sales.

Reciprocating charge handle! WTF?
Definitely don't let it get dirty. Not a huge issue I guess, I don't treat my rifles like a box of pirate loot. Too bad it didn't turn out AK reliable.
What happened to the tight groups it was reported to produce from the other vids I've watched?

For the right price I'd still buy one.

M+M is shady as ####, I wouldn't put it past them to have shipped match barrel, gunsmith tuned models to high profile reviewers like Iraqveteran8888.

That's certainly plausible, however since when does a manufacturer / firearm maker stipulate what type of ammo should be used? lol.

I guess inconsistent manufacturing process. Chamber alignment to bore, bore uniformity etc.

Same as with CSA Vzs. Mine is 2 MOA, some people are reporting 4MOA on theirs.

Never mind the sand test, that accuracy is a joke especially on a $1500+ firearm. S&W MP15 has superior accuracy at $700 lol.

You are aware that price/cost has nothing to do with performance?? The AR is an entirely different design and has long been a better shooter than most 7.62x39 guns. Don't forget that the the shooter plays a large part in the equation.
