I never saw anything related at all from m+m to state they had a deal with CanAm, but I do with Wanstalls

Well canam has Its own thread they seems to think they had something about something with them doesn’t seem like something to lie about at this point in time

#### that's not what I'm getting at, did they have a written agreement?? Did they end up taking money on a pre order??
Big difference in the eyes of a courtroom

NS is the distributor so Wanstalls will have to get their guns from them

Not necessarily since we don't have a clue what contract was made between Wanstalls & M+M. The preorder M10x's via Wanstalls might not even be labeled as this soon-to-be distributed North Sylva "DMR" version, though (I would assume) be functionally identical otherwise. Also, if they're stating February as a release for the "DMR", it would make sense that the Wanstalls orders will be out the door around December as originally quoted.

Time will tell...

If there was a written agreement then I failed to understand how a misunderstanding could have happened as M+M claimed.

After breezing through their facebook feed (with 35+ splendid comments), I just remembered that Mickey+Mouse promised not double the price of the M10X from the (at that point) going US price of about $1k. Guess they fibbed yet again? ;)

Where is claybuster in all of this. He is the one who went screaming to m+m about the money they can make if they increase the price. He also went to canam about the price also. He is silent now, how odd.

By all appearances, they jacked it up in a pitiful attempt to hide their price gouging.

Yup. Nobody needs it in US. It has Sig 556, AK, AR, etc. that has no restrictions way below $1000. MMouse never took off thre.

As to North Sylva, I noticed that they highly inflated their prices in the past, but never really paid attention. However, this time it really jumped out especially when they exclude competition by making exclusive distribution agreements while others did all the foot work, eg getting rifle to rcmp lab and presenting it, etc. NS is on my "no business" list now.

unfortunately, over time people forget when these incidents come to light that the industry really screws over the tight knit Canadian gun community...I don't. ( never going to forget this, the whole Swiss arms thing...never)
