He's too busy living in my ignore list after scewing cgn'r Ottawa out of his job, ensuring he would be fired, by outing him as a Gunny to his employer and some MP's.

First post in the CanAm forum thread. It includes all the info CanAm deleted 5 minutes after posting it originally the day wantsalls started their pre-order.
 
I had to work through the night so on breaks. I got read all the deleted threads. Reminded me of the Marstar M1 threads. Nothing positive to speak of. When you have to delete not lock. You know it's bad

I can't be mad about this when the Type 81 has finally cleared customs. I to happy to read anymore negative stuff today
 
Id look to the wr7.62 before this, even a mini 30, or any number of more reasonably priced rifles. Dont tell me this rifle is twice as good as a type 81.

Not saying what you claim above is false, but before I adjust my allready anoyed position with CB, can you please share your sources?

Any updates Wanstalls?

For anyone paying 2k for this, I hope they throw in a free lightweight match-grade DMR trigger lock, because everyone needs one of those.

I haven’t noticed anyone talk about this yet...

But for those of you who aren’t worried about the pricing because it’s fine with you, or because you are in the pre-order... are you REALLY confident in the company that manufactures this rifle going forward? I mean, they’ve consistently screwed around our other distributors, slapped us with an NR tax, and give us complete BS as regards the changes to justify the increased cost.

Are you really confident that they’ll stand behind their product? That their CS will be what it needs to be with a new, relatively unproven platform? That NS will honour warranty work properly? I mean... I was still kind of in for 2k for this rifle until I thought about what it could cost me in the long run...

Just my thoughts. YMMV.

Ottawa has update thread where he names CB as the guy who specifically ####ed him over. And somebody else (female?) who he doesn't name.
