Hmm... The topic in the black rifle forum is now also nuked. Guess cgn is helping their sponsor suppress the m10x hate?
 
I'm just sitting back enjoying my popcorn watching this entire gong show unfold and shaking my head at the slimy business practices of NS and M+M. If CanAm, who I know from experience is an awesome retailer, manages to get a DA version of the M10x made up, and if I have the money, I'll laugh as I buy one for half the price of the M+M rip off.
 
As to North Sylva, I noticed that they highly inflated their prices in the past, but never really paid attention. However, this time it really jumped out especially when they exclude competition by making exclusive distribution agreements while others did all the foot work, eg getting rifle to rcmp lab and presenting it, etc. NS is on my "no business" list now.
 
wouldn't buy it now that's for sure, it's the wholesalers that are the real weasels of the industry, the retailers would do just fine bringing things to market without the leaches like NS raising prices on everyone
 
Man, cutthroat stuff here CanAm......NS and M+M didn't even take you out for dinner before going straight to the gang bang; and trying to clean themselves off on the Canadian firearm consumer.

NS/M+M can take that extra 2" of barrel, and sit on it.
 
I saw the North Sylva thread at 4am....what was it...15 pages long ?...now gone.
Probably 90% of CGN did not get a chance to see it as they were sleeping.

My comment there was to North Sylva and M&M:

Interesting how this rifle saw an 36.9% price increase in 2 weeks. The rifle price has gone up $550 and NOT ONE rifle has been actually been put in the hands of a Canadian customer, but prices are up!

Good luck on your domestic USA sales M&M (as if they are flying off the shelves there, eh?).
I for one am not going to pay 36% more to subsidize US domestic sales (in case people missed it, that was the reason M&M gave why Canada prices are higher...they stated international sales are supposed to subsidize US home sales!). I'm sure M&M also removed their subsidy comment from Facebook.

So far they nuked 3 threads this morning. Two in their dealer forum and one in the black rifles forum.

The latter one surprised me. Had to be a complicit mod :(
 
I'm also going to give NorthSylva a friendly phone call to let them know my displeasure with their behaviour.
