BTW, I'm not aware of this thing with Marstar that everyone keeps mentioning. Can someone explain it so I can avoid them too if they're greaseballs?
 
ok just found this online about the gg rating.

As you’ll see in the comments section below, when you get a sudden rush of reviews, these don’t get added into your review score right away.

What we are seeing is it takes about a week to add in new reviews to your total score. This could be because Google sees it as an abnormal pattern when you have very few reviews over the course of several years, then all of a sudden, you get seven or eight reviews in a week.

The best course of action is to be proactive about collecting reviews from customers. If you get a ton of positive reviews, the occasional mediocre review will not be as damaging to your cumulative score.

Interestingly enough, up until Spring of 2017, you would also not be able to get a 5.0 rating until you got ten reviews (though now your score is not adjusted). This had to do with something called the Bayesian average.
 
Ahhhhh good old NS, the Parts Canada of the gun world, nothing but a greasy middle man, by the time it gets to you you have been gouged by insane profit margins by every step in the supply chain.

Hard not to deal with them, they import at least 50% of Canadian firearms, accessories and ammo I would guess. IWI, CZ, CSA, HK, DT, S&W, FN, Kriss, Chiappa, Holosun, Trijicon, Surefire, Norinco, Mepro, Colt, DP-12, Walther, Famae, American Eagle, Lapua, Aguila, Axor, Eotech, SKS's, Federal, Ruger to name a few of the brands/items they have imported in the past.

Well, perhaps I should say never deal with directly. I guess if they're the distributor for a reputable, honest retailer that deserves my support, I really have no control over that.
 
we can contact IWI, CZ, CSA, HK, DT, S&W, FN, Kriss, Chiappa, Holosun, Trijicon, Surefire, Norinco, Mepro, Colt, DP-12, Walther, Famae, American Eagle, Lapua, Aguila, Axor, Eotech, SKS's, Federal, Ruger ETC ETC and ask them to check for an other importer.... Because NS s*ck big time !

I am pretty sure they don't sell to the general public, they import in bulk and sell to distributors only. That is why it makes it difficult to avoid them as they provide the stock to a ton of places, even Canadian Tire buys from them.
 
I hope other dealers are paying attention.

Thank you to Canada Ammo for blowing the whistle on this. I might have to find some money to buy more things from our good friends at Canada Ammo.

Hahahahahahaha irg just announced their dealer agreement is made with M&m to bring grey market m10x NR rifle's in for $1249 usd. Or about the same as the pre-sales price from wantsalls.
