I heard Dlask Is working on a new receiver that will legally use high cap magazines.
Josef Dlask makes an excellent product, I have done many builds using Dlask receivers and barrels and other assorted parts. If they put it together "in-house" even better as you can be assured of proper integration and function... I am certain that you would not be disappointed.

ive got 2 myself and helped a coworker build his so ive got my fingers in 3.
all 3 have been top shelf for quality.
i consider them to be one of the best aftermarket ruger clones out there.
the 2 i have i will never leave me, trusted lifetime companions they will be.
one is a 8.5" and the other is a 18".

where did you get the highly suggestive phallus styled barrel? is that the reason it is a lifetime companion?

both my rifles i got off them didnt come with stocks.

i was playing around with barrel harmonic dampeners for a time.
didnt notice any difference on the 22 so it came off shorty after the pic.
did make a difference in my center-fire though.
I have 3 dlask builds. 12.5” barrel, 16” barrel and the 20” kidd barrel. Same action and same internals in each. And my brother has one as well. They all shoot better than any Ruger 10/22 I have, or have shot. They are capable of the “gold standard” 5shot, under 1/2” @ 50 yards, with the proper ammo.
I’m pretty sure they will build you just a working action without a stock.
As far as the new rifle they are working on, I believe it’s called the “tuff22” and it isnt available yet. It looks great but if you like the 10 round rotary mags(as I do) the dar22 is the ticket.
I don’t regret any of the ones I bought. 100% satisfied so far.
If ultimate accuracy is your game the kidd barrel and trigger combo is really great.

no, it just slips over the barrel and your work it down to where you want it.
its a heavy rubber deal.
Hi Greg, I got a good deal on a DAR22 today and like the feel of it. This one has the 18” barrel and is in a Boyd’s thumbhole stock. Came with a Nikon 3x Carbine scope mounted and feels good. Have you had any problems with different makes of ammo and FTE.? Really looking forward to trying it out at the club. Tony
